These terms will govern your use of BoardThere, operated by BoardThere.

What we still have to write

The published version needs to cover, at minimum:

• What the service is, and what we commit to keeping available
• Subscription terms, billing periods, renewal, and cancellation
• Refunds, and what happens to your menus if you stop paying
• Who owns the content you upload (you do) and what licence we need to display it
• Acceptable use, and what gets an account suspended
• Liability limits and the governing jurisdiction
