Privacy Policy
Placeholder — not legal advice and not reviewed by a lawyer. This text exists so the page renders and so the link in the footer goes somewhere. It must be replaced with terms drafted or reviewed by counsel before the product is sold to anyone.
This page will describe what BoardThere collects, why, and what you can ask us to delete.
What we still have to write
The published version needs to cover, at minimum:
- What we collect from account holders: name, email, and the menu data you enter
- What we collect from people who scan a QR menu, and how little that can be
- Cookies, and which are strictly necessary versus analytical
- The processors we send data to, including our payment and email providers
- How long we keep data after an account closes
- How to request a copy of your data or its deletion
- Our lawful basis for processing, for visitors covered by the GDPR
In the meantime
We do not sell personal data and have no plans to. Questions go to support@boardthere.com.
